       I didn't know as Heath Ledger ( 1979~2008 ..born in Australia and Irish ) died at January..
       His last play in " Dark the Night " nominated Oscar...his sense is sensitive and play was
       deep...I felt feeling of James Dean when I saw broke back mountain and his earller death 
       ( 28 years old ) speak more closer to James..( wow, James died 24years old...)
       he seems had many medicen for imsomnia or depression..and this seems reason of death..
       We lost great actor indeed...good by Heath and wish sleep with relax in heaven...

  • There always seemed an underlying aura of intense sadness around this young actor. Perhaps it was what made his roles so memorable and often poignant, I don't know. I liked him in the atmospheric film, "The Order", which is probably considered one of his lesser films, but I liked it just the same.

    A gentle tribute from a gentle soul you have written here this day to what I suspect was a gentle soul in Heath Ledger..

  • So sad young actors dying of drug overdose...this reminded me of the young actor River Phinix he would have been a great actor if he could have just stayed away from drugs....sad.

  • The key to Heath Ledger's drug overdose was that his was an accidental fatal mix of prescription drugs whereas many people are using illegal drugs.  It is a shame that such a talent is lost to this tragedy.

  • We just watched the Batman movie and his performance was off the charts. He should get the academy award for his role as the Joker.

  • I can imagine it is a hard business to be an actor in Hollywood. The pressure must be huge...He was a very good actor.
