I didn't update for a while ?...It's getting hot day by day..but I'm lucky, here isn't so hot more than Tokyo where I lived untill last year.. this flower ( a common marigold ) blossom second times since I planted last autumn... I'm so excite for grass is promiss to blossom next year even all leaves fade away in winter.. and really this pretty flower show her face to me from long time sleep and as like as to say " hello ! " .. little Hosta tratt is budding Oregano blossom...
Your Oregano blossoms with lovely little trumpets. I sometimes purchase a plant that looks similar, but it is a violet of some variety and has fuzzy leaves. The photograph reminds me that I forgot to get one this year. I've been so tired from the move that I have forgotten so much.
G8 summit meeting photograph is very green~
Blessings, my Friend, Naomi~
Very nice pictures.
I like the way you say flower has face and says hello
When I plant tomato plants or other plants to grow to eat, I plant lots of marigolds around them. The insects do not like the marigolds so they leave my edible plants alone. I cannot remember where I read this but it has worked for me for many years. I figure that if I am lucky enough to keep a plant alive, the least I could do is to use natural defenses to save them from the insects.

Hi Naomi--- it seems like you have healthy soil on your property. The flowers look healthy and seem "happy."
