  • I love to garden, too; the rhythms of the plants' lives are serene.  Scabiosa is a favorite.  We call it Pincushion Flower.

  • You have a 'green thumb' which means that you garden well.

  • Oh such pretty flowers Naomi** the colors..the green...just beautiful..so glad you enjoy it and it give you comfort** thank you for sharing them..have a wonderful night/day,..hugs and love, Lee

  • Your gardening is a gift.  I am not gifted as such.  We plant vegitables to eat later in the season but most of the time the plants either die or barely survive.  I do have a knack with tomato plants.  I have them in a couple of half whiskey barrels filled with soil.  I plant marigolds around them to keep the insects out.  I water them almost every day and for some reason, they survive.  Flowers and I are another thing.  It is a good thing my wife can take care of flowering plants because they don't do very well for me.

    Blessings,
    Steve

  • Really gorgeous flowers - I don't seem to have such a knack for the flowering variety of plants, more the green/leafy ones. But I love taking pictures of flowers whenever I can.

  • Thank  you for the kind comments you left about the picture of my son and his wife.   Of course, I'm his mom, so I think he's gorgeous!
