A Whirling Current

Hostile sea water
inside and outside of the bay ..
It's turnning right and left..
spiral make washing machine ..
event of every tow times in a day..
It apear at high tide and ebb tide..
Here is a crossing of sea water..
praying of endless life..
no trick for rutin of sea road..
with balancing by full moon and half moon..

ryc, the 'Queen Mary 2' is a beautiful ship. When I was a boy my family took a Navy ship from Oahu (Hawaii) to San Francisco. It wasn't as nice as the 'QM2' but it was an adventure. Fortunately we didn't see any whirlpools as in your photos above.
Those eddies are amazing to watch, but dangerous to get too close to!
